Looking for a designer who cares deeply about craft and wants to shape a product from the ground up. Someone who can move fast, think in systems, and make complex things feel simple.
What You'll Do
Own design end-to-end — from early concepts to shipped product
Build our design system and visual language from scratch
Work directly with founders to shape product direction
Design experiences that help people find work they actually want
Establish the bar for quality as we grow
You
4+ years designing digital products
Strong portfolio showing product thinking, not just visual polish
Comfortable with ambiguity and making decisions without perfect information
Proficiency in Figma
Startup experience preferred
Previous founder a bonus
5% to 10% equity
