Forward Deployed Engineer

This is a forward deployed engineer role at a fast-growing, fully remote startup.
We're looking for a forward deployed engineer to work directly with customers and make the product succeed in the real world. You'll sit between engineering and the customer, scoping what they need and building it hands on.
What You'll Do
Work directly with customers to understand their workflows and get them live
Build integrations, prototypes, and custom solutions on top of the core product
Own deployments end to end, from first scoping call to a working setup
Bring what you learn in the field back to the product team
You
Solid software engineering fundamentals, comfortable shipping production code
Enjoy talking to customers and translating their problems into working software
Self-directed and resourceful in ambiguous situations
Experience in a customer-facing engineering role is a plus
