Matcha is a zero noise alternative to job boards. Just plain text preferences (a prompt) and the best fit roles in your inbox as soon as they're posted. People love the simplicity, and the fact that it surfaces great under the radar roles they missed before.
We're looking for a marketer who thinks like a founder. Someone who can take a product people already love and figure out how to get it in front of the right people - fast. You'll own the full funnel, run experiments with urgency, and build the storytelling that makes Matcha the obvious choice for ambitious job seekers and the startups trying to hire them.
What You'll Do
Own viral and organic growth - your job is to make Matcha spread
Manage and grow our socials: X, LinkedIn, Substack, Instagram, TikTok
Create content that travels - hooks, threads, short-form video, stories built on our data
Find and manage influencer partnerships and grow our affiliate program
Run growth experiments with urgency, kill what doesn't work, double down on what does
Own the full funnel - from first impression to signup to paid
Develop Matcha's brand voice and storytelling from early stage to breakout
You
Proven track record of growing and marketing a product at record speed - show us the numbers
You've made content take off organically on at least one platform and know how to do it again
Strong writer and storyteller across formats: posts, threads, scripts, hooks
Comfortable being both strategist and executor; no task too small
You think like a founder: bias to action, own outcomes, move with urgency
Years of experience and education are not important - any experience level is welcome
