We're looking for a product manager who can think in systems and ship in sprints. Someone who gets deeply into user problems, cuts through ambiguity fast, and partners with engineers and designers to build things people actually want. This is a high-ownership role at a company that's still early enough for you to leave a real mark.
What You'll Do
Own the product roadmap and drive prioritization across the team
Talk to users constantly — synthesize insights into sharp problem statements and clear specs
Work shoulder-to-shoulder with engineers and designers from discovery through launch
Define success metrics and use data to inform every major decision
Identify and close gaps in the candidate and recruiter experience
Help shape Matcha's long-term product strategy alongside the founders
You
5+ years in product management, with at least 2 at a startup or high-growth company
Track record of shipping products that moved meaningful metrics
Deeply user-centric — you default to talking to users, not assuming
Strong written communicator; you write crisp specs and clear decisions
Comfortable with ambiguity and making calls without full information
Technical enough to have credible conversations with engineers
Previous founder a bonus
