We're looking for a sales person who thinks like a founder. Someone who can build pipeline from scratch, run great demos, close deals, and write the playbook as they go. You'll be the first sales hire — which means high ownership and high impact from day one.
What You'll Do
Own the full sales cycle — outbound, discovery, demo, close
Build and iterate on the sales playbook from the ground up
Work directly with founders to refine positioning and messaging
Identify and qualify the best startup and recruiter accounts to target
Set up CRM, sequences, and tracking infrastructure
Feed market and customer insights back into product
You
2+ years in a closing or founding sales role at a startup
Proven track record hitting quota and building pipeline from scratch
Strong communicator — written and verbal
Comfortable being both strategist and executor; no task too small
Startup or founding team experience preferred
Previous founder a bonus
Competitive compensation, significant equity: up to 10%
