Cracked 10x/100x software engineer
Codes using frontier effective agentic / AI coding techniques
Track record of driving considerable user growth
Good eye for design and product intuition
Excited about early stage startups 0 to 1
Experience as a startup founder or a founding team member
Strong SEO / GEO track record
Based in the US, Canada, or Europe
Considerable equity: up to 20% equity
