As a highly impactful individual contributor, the Solutions Consultant leads or contributes to complex client engagements and technical projects. You will act as the hands-on project owner for Vodori’s existing customers, helping them maintain, optimize, and expand their platform utilization. By driving the successful end-to-end delivery of customer-requested configurations (such as periodic system upgrades) and implementing add-on modules (like AI or custom dashboards), you will serve as the independent execution engine that turns customer needs into reality. This is a post-sales role working with the customer maintain the system and adopt the Vodori product.

Thriving in this dynamic, hands-on position requires adaptability, exceptional prioritization skills, and a commitment to mastering product functionality. The Solutions Consultant partners cross-functionally with Configuration Specialists (who execute technical setups), Customer Success Managers (who guide ongoing relationships), and the Customer Support team (who route incoming requests). Ultimately, this role is ideal for a professional blending strong business and technical acumen with leadership capabilities, comfort navigating ambiguity, and a passion for driving continuous value for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the intake and discovery process for inbound configuration change requests, defining scope and identifying whether requests fall under standard support or require billable professional services.
  • Act as the primary 'quarterback' for post go-live configuration projects, translating customer needs into clear, technical requirements and prioritizing the daily execution backlog for Configuration Specialists
  • Facilitate working sessions and discovery calls with customers to solution complex workflows, actively managing scope and guiding customers toward best practices.
  • Execute repeatable programs like regular system upgrades (3x per year for each customer), customer-requested configuration maintenance, and the enablement of add-on modules like AI or dashboards.
  • Perform internal Quality Assurance (QA) of technical configurations and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with the customer, when relevant, prior to deployment.
  • Leverage a deep understanding of product configurability to analyze customer needs and translate them into actionable, executable requirements and comprehensive project plans.
  • Proactively navigate internal dependencies, customer contingencies, and competing priorities to ensure timely project delivery and maximize the platform's value.
  • Define and adhere to project schedules, managing competing priorities and mitigating risks.


Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience in professional services, managed services, process consulting, technical support, or a business analyst engagements, ideally in consulting, SaaS implementation, or sales (e.g., sales engineer).
  • Familiarity with business process optimization, workflow, and enterprise content management concepts.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and proficiency in project management.
  • Proven ability to effectively prioritize work with strong follow-through on task completion.
  • Direct client engagement experience with a track record of delivering high customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to run and direct large meetings, juggling multiple stakeholders with competing interests and priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the promotional content approval process or experience in regulated industries is a plus.
  • Hands-on Jira experience for managing work, tracking program progress, and coordinating across teams.
  • Experience with data cleaning, import, and migration (preferred); intermediate to advanced Excel skills are a bonus.
  • Experience with customer management tools like GuideCX, Zendesk and HubSpot
  • Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional resources 
  • Experience applying generative AI to enhance internal operational workflows and elevate customer-facing deliverables

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $80,000–$100,000 annually, depending on relevant experience, skills, qualifications and location.
