In this role

  • Revenue operations: billing and invoicing, renewals, collections, and keeping our recurring revenue reporting accurate

  • Sales operations: CRM hygiene, pipeline and funnel reporting, and the systems our commercial team runs on

  • Marketing operations: campaign tooling, list management, attribution, and reporting on what's actually working

  • Finance operations: unit economics, vendor spend, and working alongside our outside accountants

  • Contract operations: an organized repository of agreements with terms and renewal dates, and first-pass review against precedent

  • People operations: onboarding, offboarding, contractor agreements, and offer letters

  • Turning recurring manual work into processes that run without anyone chasing them

The role starts here and grows. As we scale, the natural expansion is into forecasting, budgeting, and owning more of the finance function outright.

Requirements

  • An undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, or economics, or equivalent hands-on finance experience

  • 1 to 3 years in an analytical or finance role. Investment banking, corporate finance, FP&A, accounting, consulting, or business operations at a startup

  • Genuinely strong in spreadsheets. You can build a model, not just fill one in

  • Comfortable learning new systems quickly. You'll own several of them

  • Precise with numbers, and the kind of person who chases down a small discrepancy because the discrepancy is the point

  • Able to structure your own week. You'll get direction from me, not a task list

  • Clear, direct writer. A good part of this job is correspondence

Nice to have

  • Healthcare, behavioral health, or health-tech exposure

  • Familiarity with CRM, billing, or marketing automation platforms

  • Any experience with recurring revenue or usage-based pricing
