Description

In this role, you're the operational engine behind LightForce's global marketing function and its small but mighty team. You turn direction into plans, hold the details, and make sure what gets imagined actually gets delivered across events, programs, systems, and the day-to-day running of the team. This role is the operational counterweight to a highly creative VP. You'll bring order to an idea-rich function. That means turning direction into timelines and owners, tracking what's in flight, keeping things from falling through the cracks, and flagging what's at risk before it becomes a problem. The right person takes real satisfaction in translating priorities into plans with owners, dates, dependencies, and decision points, and then executing them without dropping a thread.

This role is remote, but prefer Boston-based
