This is a remote position.
The Agentic Delivery Analyst Intern keeps Axiamatic's customer engagements organized, on schedule, and well documented. This person supports the Agentic Growth & Value Transformation Leads and the Head of Agentic Growth and Value Transformation across a portfolio of customer accounts. The work spans onboarding, delivery tracking, executive reporting, and value reviews. This is a paid intern-to-hire role for a recent graduate who wants to learn enterprise delivery from the inside. You will sit in customer meetings, track commitments across our team and the customer's team, and turn delivery data into clear reports for executives. As you build judgment, you will take on more of the work yourself, including running smaller workstreams end to end. At the end of the internship, we will decide on conversion to the full-time Agentic Delivery Analyst role based on your performance against the criteria below.
We're looking for someone who is excited to learn quickly, and build without waiting for a playbook. You don't need to have all the answers. You just need curiosity and a willingness to dive in!
What you'll do
Delivery support and project management
- Maintain project plans, roadmaps, and trackers for each assigned account, and keep them current after every customer touchpoint.
- Track deadlines and action items across Axiamatic's Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs), delivery leads, and customer stakeholders. Follow up when something slips.
- Prepare agendas, take notes, and send clear follow-ups for kickoffs, working sessions, and steering committee meetings.
- Help gather and document customer requirements during onboarding, so FDEs can configure agent solutions against a clear spec.
- Help test and validate agent output before go-live, and log issues for the FDE team.
Reporting and value realization
- Build the weekly and monthly status reports and executive dashboards that customers rely on for program visibility.
- Track usage and adoption metrics for each account, and flag accounts that are falling behind to the delivery lead early.
- Prepare the materials for quarterly business reviews (QBRs), including usage data, outcomes delivered, and open risks.
- Help turn customer wins into case studies and proof points.
Operations and playbooks
- Document repeatable processes, templates, and checklists so the team can deliver the same way across many accounts.
- Keep account records, meeting notes, and delivery artifacts organized and easy for anyone on the team to find.
- Use Axiamatic's own agentic tools in your daily work, and share feedback on what would make them better for delivery teams.
- Note expansion signals you hear in customer meetings, such as new programs or business units, and pass them to the delivery lead and Account Executive.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree, completed in the last year or expected by the end of this term. Business, economics, information systems, engineering, or a related field is a plus.
- Exceptional organization. You keep many moving pieces on track at once and nothing falls through the cracks.
- A strong work ethic and drive. You take ownership, follow through without being chased, and look for the next thing to pick up.
- Business sense. You understand how a company makes money and why a project matters to the executive paying for it.
- Professional presence. You communicate clearly and confidently in writing and in meetings, including with senior customer stakeholders.
- Strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets and PowerPoint or Google Slides. You can turn raw data into a clean chart or summary.
- Curiosity about AI and agentic tools, and a willingness to learn new software quickly.
- Coachability. You ask for feedback, act on it, and adapt as our playbooks evolve.
Nice to have
- An internship in consulting, project management, operations, customer success, or enterprise software.
- Leadership experience in a student organization, team, or campus project where you ran timelines and coordinated people.
- Exposure to enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Experience with project tracking tools such as Jira, Asana, or Smartsheet.
What success looks like during the internship
- First 30 days: You know Axiamatic's platform and delivery playbook. You own the meeting invites, notes, and follow-ups for one or two accounts.
- First 60 days: You own the trackers and status reports for two or three accounts, and the delivery leads trust them. You spot slipping deadlines before anyone asks.
- End of internship: You prepare QBR materials and executive dashboards on your own. You flag adoption gaps early, and you have improved at least one team template or process.
Conversion criteria
- You own the trackers, notes, and status reports for at least two accounts with little correction needed.
- Delivery leads rely on the QBR materials and executive dashboards you prepare.
- You follow through on commitments without reminders, and you raise risks early.
- Customer stakeholders see you as a reliable, professional point of contact for day-to-day coordination.
- You act on feedback and show steady growth across the internship.
Growth trajectory
This internship is the entry point into delivery leadership at Axiamatic. Interns who meet the conversion criteria will receive an offer for the full-time Agentic Delivery Analyst role. From there, strong performers will grow into the Agentic Growth & Value Transformation Lead role and own customer accounts from kickoff through renewal.
