GloGlo’s mission is to cure diabetes and help everyone living with it stay healthy until we get there.

We’re building consumer products today (including GloGlo Gummies and GloGlo AI mobile app) with the ambition to build a consumer business generating $1M/day and use the proceeds to help fund our research.

We’re looking for a Founding E-commerce Lead to own growth across TikTok Shop, Amazon & DTC.

What you’ll do

  • Grow revenue across TikTok Shop, Amazon, DTC, retail
  • Own funnels, conversion, CAC, LTV, AOV, retention, and contribution margin
  • Scale creators, affiliates, paid social, email/SMS, subscriptions, and bundles
  • Launch new offers, SKUs, and growth experiments quickly
  • Automate as much of the operation as possible with AI
  • Build and eventually lead the consumer growth team

What we’re looking for

  • Hands-on experience growing an e-commerce, DTC, CPG, marketplace, or consumer subscription business
  • Strong analytical + creative instincts
  • Comfortable personally operating channels, not just managing agencies
  • Fast, scrappy, experimental, and highly ownership-driven
  • Excited to think in terms of 10x, not incremental optimization

You’ll work directly with the founders and have meaningful ownership over the consumer business.

Remote is okay. San Francisco preferred. Competitive salary + meaningful equity.
