About the role

We are looking for an ML Infrastructure Engineer to join our AI Lab. You will build and run the training and inference infrastructure our researchers use on Verda GPU clusters. This role is fully remote within the EU countries listed.

What you will do

  • Build and operate distributed training and inference pipelines

  • Tune performance on multi-node GPU clusters

  • Automate cluster provisioning, scheduling and monitoring

  • Work with researchers to remove bottlenecks in their workflows

What we are looking for

  • 4+ years in infrastructure, MLOps or platform engineering

  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes or Slurm and GPU workloads

  • Strong Python and good Linux knowledge

  • Experience with PyTorch distributed training is a plus

Practical details

  • Contract: permanent, full time, employed through our EOR partner

  • Location: remote in Germany, Spain, Poland or Latvia

  • Equity: stock options included
