Job Title: B2B Marketing Graphic Designer
Location: LATAM only (Remote)

Schedule:9:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST | Full-time

USD Salary: Up to $12 per hour ( $1,900 Monthly)

The B2B Marketing Graphic Designer creates marketing and sales collateral for the company, including decks, one-pagers, event materials, landing pages, and digital ads. 

Key Responsibilities

• Designs marketing and sales collateral, including decks, one-pagers, case studies, and brochures
• Designs event materials such as invites, signage, and booth assets
• Designs landing pages for campaigns and event registration
• Designs digital and print ads, website graphics, and social media graphics
• Maintains visual brand identity and consistency across materials
• Proofreads materials for accuracy and clarity before they go out to clients or prospects
• Manages multiple design requests simultaneously and meets deadlines

• 2+ Years of Professional B2B Graphic Design Experience — Must have at least 2 years of hands-on professional graphic design experience, including marketing, branding, digital, or corporate design.
• Direct B2B Design Experience — Must have direct experience designing for B2B companies, clients, or brands, ideally within software, technology, professional services, or similar industries.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — Must be proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign and have practical experience using these tools for professional design projects.
• Strong & Relevant Portfolio — Must have a portfolio demonstrating strong branding, digital, and marketing design, including relevant B2B/corporate marketing materials such as presentations, one-pagers, case studies, social media graphics, advertisements, or event collateral.
• Strong Communication & Organizational Skills — Must communicate clearly with stakeholders, understand and execute design briefs, manage multiple requests and deadlines, respond well to feedback, and demonstrate strong attention to detail and proofreading.
