Job Summary

We're hiring a Revenue Operations Engineer to own the systems, data and processes behind our go-to-market team. You'll own HubSpot and the revenue tool stack end to end, and personally build integrations, automations and AI-assisted workflows that help the team create and convert more effectively.

This is a builder role. The foundation is in place: a HubSpot Enterprise data model, ARR and renewal reporting, a MEDDPICC framework and an AI-assisted RevOps roadmap. Your job is to turn that into a planning, reporting and deal execution engine that leadership runs the business on.

What You'll Do:

  • Own HubSpot Enterprise as the system of record: data model, pipelines, properties, automation, permissions and data quality.
  • Own the revenue tool stack, including data enrichment, conversation intelligence, CPQ and e-signature, and make the tools work together through clean integrations.
  • Write and maintain SOPs for how deals, renewals, handoffs and approvals move through the business.
  • Find friction in the revenue process and fix it, with a bias toward automation and AI, measuring adoption, reliability, time saved and impact on pipeline or conversion.
  • Support forecasting and pipeline reviews with sales leadership, and give reps dashboards and actionable account context.
  • Partner with Finance on ARR, bookings and renewal reporting so the CRM and the books agree.
  • Personally build and troubleshoot workflows using APIs, automation platforms and AI coding tools, partnering with AI Engineering Team on more complex projects and production reliability.
  • Manage contractors and vendors to deliver system builds on time.
  • Work with GTM team to turn customer conversations, account signals and won / lost deal patterns into better targeting, prioritization and relevant sales angles, acting as a strategic advisor to leadership on go-to-market design, pricing operations and growth levers.

What You'll Own First

  1. Workflow automation, in Sales, Marketing and CS. Build and maintain workflows for account research, enrichment, routing, follow-ups, and CRM updates, along with annual and quarterly planning process: territories, quota setting, capacity models and pipeline coverage targets, in partnership with the ELT.
  2. Reporting and insights. Streamline reporting into a single source of truth for pipeline, forecast, ARR and renewals. Cut manual reporting and get leadership answers faster.
  3. Contracting process. Improve and automate end-to-end quote-to-contract workflow covering templates, approvals, e-signature and CRM handoff.
  4. Deal desk. Build approval workflows for pricing, discounting and non-standard terms, using thresholds and policies set by Finance and leadership.

What We Need:

  • 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations or GTM systems, ideally at a B2B SaaS company.
  • A builder track record: you've personally built and maintained processes, integrations, systems and automated workflows from scratch, with evidence of adoption and measurable results.
  • Hands-on CRM administration experience, comfortable building properties, workflows, reports and dashboards yourself.
  • Experience writing SOPs and driving adoption of new processes across Sales, Marketing and CS.
  • Experience integrating GTM tools through APIs and managing data flow between systems, including troubleshooting failures.
  • Hands-on experience using AI coding tools and automation platforms to ship working solutions, with the ability to write and debug code when needed.
  • Working knowledge of SaaS metrics: ARR, net revenue retention, pipeline coverage, win rate and sales cycle.
  • Firsthand experience learning from customer or sales conversations and using those insights to improve targeting, messaging or revenue workflows, along with quota, territory and capacity modeling.
  • Clear communication with executives; you can turn messy data into a decision.

Nice to have

  • Deep HubSpot experience across Sales Hub, Marketing Hub or Service Hub, especially at the Enterprise tier.
  • Experience standing up a deal desk or contracting function.
  • Exposure to multi-entity or multi-brand CRM environments.
  • Familiarity with dropship, marketplace, ecommerce or supply chain software.
