Own components of a lightweight cross-platform endpoint agent for Windows/macOS/Linux covering collection, enrichment, policy evaluation, enforcement, IPC, local storage, cloud transport, installers, enrollment, configuration, self-update, rollback, uninstall, diagnostics, and test infrastructure; end-to-end ownership from design through rollout and monitoring; strong focus on performance/resource budgets, offline/degraded behavior, stability on unmanaged machines, secure engineering in privileged processes, backward compatibility, and escalations such as install failures and conflicts with other security agents; product is workspace security/endpoint security used by Global 2000 customers; must have 5+ years building production software in C/C++ or Swift, native desktop or endpoint software experience, OS internals knowledge on Windows/macOS/Linux, unattended software lifecycle experience, concurrency/memory/performance skills, build systems and cross-platform CI/CD plus Python; bonus: endpoint security or monitoring agents, kernel extensions/drivers, eBPF, ETW, macOS Endpoint Security Framework, enterprise deployment tooling, code signing/notarization/driver attestation
