About the Role:
Statusphere is at the forefront of driving creator marketing innovation, offering scalable solutions for brands to connect with audiences in meaningful ways through authentic, human-generated content. Our Enterprise Sales team partners with some of the largest global brands and agencies, enabling them to leverage Statusphere’s unique platform to drive business impact with micro-creators at scale. The team thrives on creativity, collaboration, and results.
We’re seeking a driven Senior Agency Partnership Manager (APM) to own and grow Statusphere’s relationships with the PR, creative, media, and influencer agencies and the holding companies behind them that shape creator marketing decisions for their brand clients. The APM is responsible for hitting revenue goals, building deep relationships with key agency partners, and helping those partners drive business results for their own clients on Statusphere through product consultation, education, and support. Success in this role requires strong sales skills, a strong partnership with your Client Success Manager (CSM), problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in an ever-changing environment.
In this role, you’ll own direct relationships with agency partners from independent shops to holding-company networks and specialized creator/influencer agencies, treating each agency relationship as a channel for expansion rather than a single account. You’ll map each agency’s client roster to identify which brands are the best fit for Statusphere, then work through the agency to activate new brand accounts and expand existing ones, often unlocking multiple brand relationships through a single well-run agency partnership. Success in this position comes from a proactive, relationship-driven approach and the ability to balance new-agency development with deep, long-term expansion across each partner’s book of business.
What You’ll Do:
- Own and grow direct relationships with agency partners, PR, creative, media, and holding-company networks, positioning Statusphere as the go-to creator marketing platform for their client rosters.
- Map each agency partner’s client roster to identify expansion opportunities, prioritizing brand accounts best suited to Statusphere’s platform.
- Drive new-brand activation and account expansion through each agency relationship, converting a single agency partnership into multiple brand accounts over time.
- Train and enable agency teams, account, creative, and strategy leads, on Statusphere’s platform so they can confidently recommend and pitch it to their brand clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for agency partners, coordinating with internal Client Success and creator-operations teams to ensure a seamless experience across every brand account sourced through the relationship.
- Develop co-selling and joint go-to-market motions with agency partners, case studies, joint pitches, and shared account plans, to accelerate new-brand activation.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date agency and downstream account records in HubSpot, tracking pipeline, activations, and expansion opportunities across each agency relationship.
- Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly revenue and account-growth targets tied to agency-sourced business.
- Build and maintain a broad network of relationships across the agency landscape, attending industry events and engaging with agency and holding-company decision-makers.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5–8 years of experience in agency partnerships, channel sales, or business development, ideally having worked directly with or inside PR, creative, or media agencies or holding companies or specialized shops.
- Established rolodex of relationships with agency decision-makers (account leads, planners, holding-company procurement) able to open doors to their brand clients.
- Experience managing a portfolio of channel or agency partners and driving multi-account expansion through a single relationship.
- Strong understanding of agency organizational structures, holding company, agency, and account team, and how brand decisions flow through them.
- Strong presentation and enablement skills, comfortable training agency teams and running joint pitches with partners.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, ideally HubSpot, to manage agency partnership pipelines and track downstream account activity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable working directly with agency leadership and their brand clients.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the PR, creative, media, or influencer/creator agency landscape, either agency-side or on an agency-facing sales team.
- Familiarity with major holding companies and independent agencies in the beauty, CPG, and lifestyle space.
- Track record of scaling a channel or agency partnership program from a handful of relationships to a broad, repeatable pipeline.
- Comfort using AI-powered tools (for account research, forecasting, meeting prep, or proposal development) to work more efficiently.
Preferred Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Travel: Typically, around 40% of travel, including both local meetings and extended multi-night regional travel. Remote environment. No special physical demands required.
What You’ll Get:
- Work from anywhere – fully remote flexibility
- Competitive base + bonus compensation structure
- Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance
- Flexible Time Off, Sick Time, & paid holidays
- 4% 401(k) match
- Paid parental leave
- Employee stock options in a fast-growing, well-funded company
- Opportunities for growth & leadership in a fast-growing company
- Collaborative, innovative, positive, team-oriented culture
The posted base salary range for this position is $114,000.00 – $140,000.00 with an OTE (On Target Earnings) range of $228,000 – $280,000, which is inclusive of base salary and target incentive compensation. Compensation decisions are influenced by multiple factors, including but not limited to education, prior experience, training, skills, certifications, market demand, and internal equity.
