Founding Advertiser Success Manager

Freebuff a free AI coding agent, funded by ads. Our ads platform helps companies reach developers while they're working with AI. We're hiring a Founding Advertiser Success Manager to help advertisers get live, see results, and keep growing with us.

You'll be the day-to-day owner of advertiser relationships, from a new self-serve signup or sales handoff through onboarding, campaign performance, and repeat spend. You'll work directly with the founders and our Account Executive to build an advertiser experience that is responsive, personal, and reliable.

What you'll do

• Proactively contact new advertisers, understand their goals, and guide them through campaign setup and launch. Aim to respond to every new signup and advertiser question within 1 hour.
• Keep a clear next step for every account. Follow up with advertisers who have stalled, learn what's blocking them, and help them move forward.
• Help advertisers prepare creatives, understand campaign options, and set up conversion tracking with support from our technical team.

What we're looking for

• Experience in customer success, account management, advertising operations, or another customer-facing role where you owned outcomes.
• Excellent follow-through: you are organized, proactive, and comfortable reaching out repeatedly without waiting for a customer to ask.
• Clear writing and strong customer judgment. You can explain numbers, manage expectations, and handle a difficult conversation.
• Experience with advertising, B2B software, or developer audiences is a plus.
