Description

We are seeking a full-time, hands-on Retailer Coordinator to own the day-to-day processing of our grocery orders and ensure seamless integration between RxDiet and our retail partners. This is an opportunity to make a big impact on a small team by ensuring operational accuracy and having strong communication inside and outside the company. This role may require you to make outbound phone calls to retailers. 
This full-time remote role is in the United States. You will be required to work weekends. You must be living in the United States. At this time, we cannot provide sponsorship for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Instrumental in maintaining accurate retailer data
• Handling refund requests with retailers
• Resolving integration and fulfillment issues
• Processing member orders with multiple retailers
• Ensuring RxDiet members have a smooth, reliable experience.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data processing and/or order management in an e-Commerce operation. 
• Experience working directly with processing orders at a store level, preferably grocery stores like Instacart or Walmart
• Strong working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
• Previous experience working with retailers on the phone and/or through the app
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Self-starter with a can-do attitude and startup mindset
• You are interested in food-as-medicine, startups, and community health
