Sales Intern (Commission) | Book Demos for an AI CFO | Hiring Immediately

Remote, but you must be based in the Americas (North, Central, or South America) so we have a few hours of overlap with US Central time. In college or out of college is fine, but you must be at least a college junior or equivalent. We're hiring immediately.

Blaze is a YC S24 company backed by General Catalyst. We're building an AI CFO, starting with property managers and real estate companies.

Your job is to get prospects on the phone, book qualified demos, and put the founders in position to close. You earn commission on every deal that closes from your pipeline.

What you'll work on:

• Cold call property managers and real estate operators, 100+ dials a day.
• Get trained by our team on cold calling, objection handling, and booking appointments.
• Book qualified demos, hand them to our closers, and earn commission on what converts.
• Branch into other lead-gen channels like LinkedIn, SMS, email, and AI-driven outreach, based on what you're good at.
• Track everything in our CRM and help us figure out what's actually working.

Who we're looking for:

• Comfortable on the phone all day. This is phone-first.
• Not afraid of "no". You'll hear it a lot before you hear "yes."
• Self-motivated, remote-capable, and available 20-40 hrs/week for 3-6 months.
• The type of person who picks up the phone instead of waiting to be told to.

How hiring works: after you apply, you'll get a short screen that includes a quick intro Loom and a mock cold call with our AI prospect. Strong screens go straight to a call with the CEO.

This is a commission-only internship to start. Strong performers convert to a full-time paid role.
